Hotfix 0.1.3.1 — Sketchy's Contract Steam update #1323442

UPDATES Updated the description of Insurance on the Ship Computer to explain more clearly what loot is kept on team wipe. Just to clarify, only loot that was on the ship PRIOR TO LANDING is kept on full team wipe, not new loot you put on the ship while on the planet. Increased increase Spawn Chance on buried areas for Sandworms. Reduced the Animation Speed of the Sandworm to give players more time to react and kill it before it renters the sand. Moved grassy edges of islands on Port Aeriss that was causing many people to fall off (you were not clipping through collision; you were falling through moss that has no collision).
