Hotfix 0.1.0.1 - Added Oxygen Custom Setting. — Sketchy's Contract Steam update #1323448

UPDATES Added a Custom Game option to enable Oxygen Loss in the open world. Oxy and Toxy will stop pursing their current target if they successfully apply the globule debuff. Additionally, Oxy and Toxy will ignore players who already have the debuff. Werewolf attack speed reduced. Updated left side entrance outdoor area of Port Lumin to remove awkward terrain that could cause players to get stuck. Updated Treasure Island to have a more obvious connection to the top explorable part of the level 0 area. FIXES Fixed an issue causing clients to not be able to scan Enemies. Fixed an issue causing loot to not be retained by insurance if players that chose not to stay overnight/on the last day did not make it back to the ship before it returned to orbit.
