Update 4 — Revhead Steam update #1325332

This update is focusing on car handling and few issues which was reported by players. Also we are preparing localization and a new car. We double checked all of the cars setup and tweaked them to make sure, new cars are properly setup and works like a new car should. Also fixed used cars, which after all parts has been fixed by the player, will act like a new one (dont need to alter the car components). Custom race cars also tweaked to make sure they are properly setup. These changes helps in car handling and for those, who don't know that much about how to setup a car. We are also working on the AI, but it is still in progress. More fixes will come soon. We also seen several H-Shifter issues, where the player have to use clutch as well.
