Added Civilization Relics - fallen civilizations now scatter collectible relics through space, which can be recovered by worker ships and provide unique bonuses when their activation requirements are met. Civilization relics preserve and display their origin history. Relics floating in space can be seen and selected directly on the map. Added Cultural Preservation and Heritage Museums, limiting active Relic bonuses to Relics displayed in operational museums. Newly discovered sectors can also contain drifting relics, with intention of making intersector exploration more rewarding while keeping the rarest relics primarily tied to fallen civilizations. Fixed industrial maintenance shortages disabling buildings that had sufficient supplies for their own upkeep. Added simple civilization flags composed of unique background and emblem combinations, tinted with each civilization color.
