Added baseline civilian micro-production for all industrial goods from the start of civilization, preventing early building queues from stalling due to missing starter goods. Improved the First Creator’s Hall milestone text and added live construction progress when a civilization is building it. Improved early civilization flow: the first civilization now starts prioritizing Creator's Hall. Improved tutorial flow: tutorial highlights now clear previously armed powers. Added a new tutorial step explaining Creator Influence and Creator Dread, followed by a guided Gravity Well interaction that teaches Creator-assisted star formation. Fixed tutorial focus highlights getting blocked by open gameplay panels, and made the pause menu accessible during tutorial popups and focus steps.
