Updates to Steam Workshop Implementation — A Space Between Time Steam update #1347484

An issue was found where navigating the steam workshop menus were not always functioning as intended. Added a method for deleting items if you want to remove duplicates or old iterations of levels. Updating existing items is still an issue I am looking into, so the delete method is a temporary stop gap until I can figure out why updating existing items always seems to fail.
