New laser sight aiming controls, plus other improvements. — To The Death Steam update #1376719

Created a new laser sight targeting feature. At any point the player can, when not moving, press down the right stick to enter Aim Mode. This will activate a laser site and slow down player rotation and movement, allowing for more accurate targeting of opponents (while also putting themselves at risk due to moving less freely - so use this feature wisely). When in Aim mode the right stick can be used to rotate and aim without the player moving at all or the left stick can be used for the player to move with the laser sight on, but very slowly. Previously aiming at a distance was very difficult as both sticks moved the player in combination at all times. To exit aim mode either press the right thumb stick again or simply dash or jump (dashing has now been assigned to pressing down the left control stick).
