Small change to previous update — Monsters of Mican Steam update #1378194

The last update introduced a new keyboard indicator icon which would read "space" for things like buying, selling, or hitting the first interaction option during popups- this would read "space" regardless of what key the jump function was assigned to, which could wind up being misleading for those who remap jump to a different key. So now, it has just been changed to show whatever key the jump function is assigned to. One other addition, which is probably more for me than anyone else, there is now an option to skip the intro combat tutorial by holding left click (or right face on gamepad) for two seconds. This makes my playtesting so much less of a pain! As always, thanks for playing!!!
