Added the Seeper which will "seep" base-values into others neighboring-values making it possible to create more weird strategies like idk converting Gears tiles into nos scaling beasts? Added randomly placed empty tiles to increase replayablitity. Nerfed NOS ms by -50% because my god its OPPP! Increased windresistance so that buying Aero is actually useful. Increased cost of Dialator Made a maximum income limit to the game-modes Leadout and First-To so that you cannot scale income into infinity and ruin the match for the other racers. This limit changes every round and is written under the Objectives tab in the gamelobby.
