For some classes, especially Paladins, procs on shields and swords were taking away from mana as though the effect was cast through a hotkey. Procs are now mana-free. Also: Decreased effect range on Duelist Vithean Wind spell line, making it a more reliable close quarters CC spell, and preventing it from pulling in outside / unengaged mobs to the fight.
