FIXES:BUG: XP Penalty on Death was accidentally being toggled on for players who used "Show Target Level." This is fixed, you may have to go to your server admin options to correct the setting.BUG: Cast times were all running about 12% too long. This is fixed and cast times will now be accurate to their spell descriptions.FIX: Some tooltips still reflected the old 'tick time' of 6 seconds. This is fixed.
