Changed: ---Tutorial butler placement and aggro range fixed, should not interrupt tutorial conversation now. ---Drastic change to how Len the First Knight's infamous instant kill works. Now instead of killing the player it will "only" reduce their HP to 1, and if it's already at 1 will NOT kill the player. Implemented: ---Baseline work for the survival mode implemented.... this will take a while, as I am focusing on Usurper.
