-Fixed "Doesn't want to work" mechanic. It was starting on the weekend instead of the beginning of the week. Resulting in certain events being called twice. (a huge brain fart on my end, sorry about that) -"Doesn't want to work" now kicks in after the first year and during work weeks only.
