Patch 1.9.3 Halloween Update — Junk Survivor Steam update #1407129

This is a small update for Halloween! As Junk Survivor is a scary game we thought it fitting to add our first boss into the game on Halloween. The Scarecrow is exactly what he should be , scarry! Taking him on will not be easy as he has a lot of Health and hits like a truck but the rewards will be well deserved.
