Update 0.61 Pre-Alpha — Celestial Command Steam update #1411683

Hello. Not so much things was added\fixed, but we promised frequent updates, so there it is. :) Slowly moving to production system, first of all, no more free energy. Now it should be received by solar panels. In next update will be further improvements of solar panel and more bug fixes. Change log Improvements Power generator temporary removed (will be returned when it will consume some kind of resource and emit heat). Note: It still available in saves from previous version. Solar panels is improved, now this is the only way to receive electric power. It can be damaged on collision and have very low HitPoints. Output rate is depends on square distance to the star and some other parameters which is displayed on control panel. Capacity of power storages and consumption of various devices is increased Main Menu: "Start Game" is renamed to "Start Server". Now it should be more obvious that ...
