Fixed regression with shop purchase button becoming non-interactable. Fixed several instances of prompts displaying instead of keyboard prompts when using mouse and keyboard. Fixed Wick/Catherine not properly skipping their intro dialog when the tutorial is skipped, leading to issues with their respective "Talk to" quests. Added several new debugging tools.
