Set dressing, new menus, and boss fight — Up to no GOOB Playtest Steam update #1421652

It's been a while since our last update, but we finally have things to show you. Firstly the world select scene has received proper set dressing and, in out opinion, looks much better. The world select will also change over time as you finish worlds. Secondly we've changed our menus to be more interactive. You can now walk around in the main menu, pause menu, and settings menu. Thirdly we've added a new world and a boss fight (good luck with these).
