Fixed bug with carriers - carried vehicles mass and cost in carrier was incorrect. Old player designs need to be loaded and saved to take effect if they had carrier component. Added 2 new faction designs (BB Vortex Class, Cloudripper AA 3). Small adjust to faction designs, mostly descriptions.
