Adjusted the initial cursor position when selecting a character to use an item. Fixed the issue where vehicles could still be boarded or exited after being severely damaged in battle. Fixed the issue where Grenade Autocannon, One-Hit Kill Myth, and Giant Beetle Model were occupied by unobtained vehicles. Fixed the firing pattern of the additional tactic "Devastating Penetration" for the Black Hole Proton Cannon.
