Combat Update - In Development Experience System Adjusted • The goal was to bring all systems that gain experience into line. Instead of gaining experience based on the percentage of damage dealt to the enemy or asteroid cell, it is now based on the time spent actually attacking or mining. • This results in group play receiving more experience than before, especially if some players were lower in level compared to the highest damage dealer. • Mining an asteroid gains around 25% less experience. However, asteroids will no longer drop refined material but will instead grant up to 100% additional experience points. Refining resources now grants about 50% less experience than before. • Combat experience stays the same. • With the coming updates, more skills will be added, which all contribute to gaining more experience.
