Note: For the new Shipyard and Tech Tree 2.0, you must enable Beta Testing in the Settings menu. It is currently fully playable. Ship & Tech 2.0: • Module Slot system: modules are placed into new slot, with each having its own tier. Each hull provides one module slot. Additionally, Star Explorer can gain up to three extra slots due to its class bonus. • Hulls and modules can now be recycled using the trash icon. Currently, 100% of the materials are regained and 100% of the resources are added to the base cargo. If the base cargo is full, the resources will be dropped into space with a 5-minute decay timer. • Added Tier 4 and 5 for hulls and modules, and adjusted hull sizes. • Added a V2 Recreate button, which will be tuned for the final V1 to V2 transition. • The V2 test buttons now have tooltips, as a first test for the system.
