Update Notes for 0.9.3d — Epocria Steam update #143857

Was informed that 0.9.3c was causing a bunch of CPU/GPU/Memory issues mainly in the main menu, reverted some changes and hopefully it should be fixed...

Was informed that 0.9.3c was causing a bunch of CPU/GPU/Memory issues mainly in the main menu, reverted some changes and hopefully it should be fixed, let me know if it is all good now. For the next patch I will be optimizing how worlds are saved/loaded via a new format, old worlds will be automatically updated to the new version. This will increase world performance and load times since less objects will be loaded at once.
