BUG FIX - Was unable to hold the Torch. BUG FIX - Craft a control panel quest description was changed slightly. Previously stated to craft it in the Workbench, now changed to be crafted in the Advanced Workbench. BUG FIX - Oxygen level bar for clients in multiplayer games was not visible when under water. BUG FIX - Boat would slowly drift when not fully powered on. BUG FIX - In multiplayer, when driving the boat, sometimes would hear foot step sounds as if you were walking.
