Bugfixes and an important announcement — SOOT Steam update #1469027

Hi! So, there's this annoying bug that's extremely difficult to replicate where, if you have two displays with different resolutions, the minigame with the circuits might not work correctly. It took us almost a year to finally replicate this bug, but we made it and fixed it!!! A few players also found a couple of localization errors, we also addressed those. Besides that, we have an announcement to make, we will probably make a public statement with more details, but for now, you'll notice that the splash screen is different. That's because BadLand Publishing and Ceiba Software & Arts decided to terminate the publishing contract. This was a mutual decision; we are still in a good relationship, but the important part is that SOOT will appear as self-published for the time being.
