This patch contains the following updates and bug fixes: Added an Encyclopedia Options group located in the Advanced Options section. This new option group allows the user to edit the MinPA and MinIP parameters used by the Encyclopedia report. Fixed a bug that resulted in the Strikeout Looking sound to fire when a runner steals a base. Updated the 1984 library to add a missing trade. Specifically, a trade that sent Bill Scherrer to the Tigers (on 8/28) for Carl Willis (on 9/1).
