Completed: Fixed a stat value update bug during passive item swaps. Fixed a bug that caused the level-up panel to remain open. Fixed a bug where health was not fully restored upon leveling up. Fixed a duplicate stat modifier bug when upgrading weapons. Reduced the base block rate of shields from 40% to 20%, and the armor rate from 20% to 10%. On the List: Player can sometimes continue acting after death. Navigation can break enemy AI movement patterns. Dropped items can sometimes spawn out of bounds. Caelion can rarely be motionless after casting Seismic Slam until he casts it again.
