Hello builders, This update mainly addresses remaining tooltip placement issues, along with a few bugs related to saving and loading under specific conditions: - Fixes Tariff Policy not considering weakened luxuries that have been upgraded once - Fixes loading weakened luxuries that have been upgraded once. - Fixes Watermill decreasing its productivity when loading an island that has just been finished in fall - Fixes initial localization for hide button of island selection panel - Fixes tooltip stuttering and scaling issues for unlocks and additional technology slots Happy settling!
