Mini-Hotfix: UI Interaction pt. 2 Electric Boogaloo — Null Hørizøn Steam update #154680

Just a SECOND small hotfix to a critical issue today. That's ANOTHER win in my book. As always, please either restart Steam or verify your files to trigger the update Diagonal Planet Docking: Fixed a critical oversight where docking a planet diagonally via clicking would not retrigger the parent docking menu when you exited a child menu. This also fixes an issue where in rare cases when you exited a child menu with an npc next to you, it would open that NPC hailing menu instead of the docking menu.
