Patch 0.3.2 — Loss Prevention Steam update #156135

1) Fixed issue where shopkeeper can be frozen during the tutorial.2) Fixed issue where other players can appear invisible when joining a quick play server.3) Fixed players being able to exit through the entrance.4) Fixed shopkeeper UI sometimes showing 18 / 20 items at the start of the game.5) SFX volume now controls the sounds of the main menu sounds.6) Added UI icons showing who the shopkeeper and lobby host are during a game.7) Players can no longer start the tutorial when they're part of a lobby.
