Animations and Effects Update — Takelings House Party Steam update #157552

This patch comes with a few animation updates as well as some fixes to physics jank in the kitchen level. -Takelings now look directly at Hal (eye contact for maximum sympathy). -Takelings now stand up on their own, rather than some instances where they would freeze upside down until the player provided a movement input. -Teleporting rigidbodies back into the play zone now plays a smoke puff particle animation.
