Linux / Steam Deck — Major Compatibility Leap Dropdowns finally visible: All selection menus (industry filters, team management, settings, etc.) have been switched over to a dedicated in-game component. Previously, native dropdowns remained invisible under Proton/Wayland. Dialogues work everywhere: Confirmation prompts (e.g., firing employees, terminating contracts) now appear as in-game windows instead of invisible OS pop-ups that would cause the game to freeze. A permanent build check prevents these kinds of OS pop-up bugs from ever slipping back into the game. UI Polish Across All Eras Era 3: Brushed aluminum title bars, centered dock, traffic-light pills.
