Small input improvement patch — Pillow Fight Steam update #1604247

Small improvements to input: - Added setting to adjust rotation speed (can be found in the options screen) - Added a possibility to use gamepad for player2, and classical FPS controls with mouse and keyboard for player1 (switch between controller bindings by clicking the texts describing player controls, at the left and right side at the bottom of the new game screen, before starting a game)
