Guerilla, showdown and localization Patch — Maestro's Cold War 2 Steam update #1700143

This small patch fixes the followig issues: Showdowns when the enemy was invading a country displayed twice the player's portrait, and the player was having a showdown with himself. This is no more the case! Idle guerillas: large coalitions were sometimes just doing nothing. This has been fixed too. The Chinese localization has been extended to some late game events that were still in English. I won't annoy you too often with small patches, but these issues were important enough to be fixed asap. Have fun! Maestro Cinetik
