New update - Player list and fixed steamworks.mfx issue — Atulos Online Steam update #1724180

Hi all. Atulos Online has just been updated. The window has been widened to include a list of players, so you no longer have to type /list and clutter your chat box with the list of players. This update also (hopefully) fixes the missing steamworks.mfx issue. I made the background music quieter and, when transitioning between areas with the same music, it no longer restarts. I still have a big list of bugs to fix.
