changes to opentest branch only.fixed reduce_faction_influence not correctly picking faction. changed add_modifier_faction to work on target instead of user. made offer_to_produce option b use relevant modifier. fixed missing lost_influence modifier in character modifiers. fixed bug in load menu setup. added sort type dropdown to load menu for planets list and saves list, with options to sort by folder modify time or alphabetical.
