Commit file tree. — Qip Steam update #1823342

Some game will create log files and constantly occupy those files, which prevent Qip from creating new commit. Now a file state tree view will show in commit dialog. You can manually pick file to commit. Unchecked files and directories will be ignored in children commits which works like gitignore file in Git ( but less powerful ). The tree will show file state which will help you know what file was modified, deleted or created. The biggest benefit is you can create different repository for different save slot if there are separated in different files meanwhile saving disk space.
