Hotfix 1.0.3 — Once Glorious Artahk Steam update #182453

Corrected an oversight where it was possible to teleport onto a platform without solving the intended puzzle for reaching it, thus stranding yourself without a way to teleport back. It should no longer be possible to do this, and as an extra safeguard just in case there is also now a cyan vine you can use to die and escape via respawn if you somehow manage it still
