Major Adjustments Forum building added back to the culture sub menu (update removed it) Added in a new restart option to the in-game menu. This will let you restart your current scenario or sandbox session instead of having to quit out and come back in Scenario 11 and 12 have had their duration increased by around 6 months, this should help balance out their difficulty. Minor Adjustments UI bugfixs in homepage settings page, close button now is more responsive Adjusted other text and UI elements.
