- fixed time stopping on peace conference bug - fixed some countries not loading from saves (this bug may still occur sometimes, but much less often) - fixed AI problem - didn't use territories of its vassal states to fight enemy - fixed several other bugs - changed some invalid values that made gameplay as small nations much harder than it was supposed to be - lowered prices of rebuilding, foreign investments, decreasing dependence level and intelligence actions
