Godfist Hotfix 1 — Godfist Steam update #189025

a few small hotfixes Fixed kick ability not always launching enemies. Fixed issue where health skull would not spawn at all on later levels. Fixed issue where you could hookshot the mid boss and kill him in the water. Fixed hookshot killing the player if you hit water. Fixed tutorial at the start telling that escape is for leveling up when it's actually tab. Cheers /Icehelm
