Update 03/07/2019 — Chibisu's Costume Combat Steam update #201615

Hey! We figured we'd do a smaller update right before PAX East 2019 even though we just posted huge one to make sure you'll be playing as close to that show's build as possible. We'll be making a few changes that have far reaching effects so we wanna make sure you give you as much as we can before we finish them up. Anyways here's wonderwall the patch notes!
