Another patch, - fixes issues with customers taking too long to come. - fixes the issue with too many illegal buyers. - SHOULD fix the issue with crashes. - fixes issue where customers just won't show up for a long time. (separate problem compared to first). - fixes the bug where customer would leave store at night and "leave" their wait timer. Now they remove it.
