Start StopSignVR when SteamVR is not yet running — Stop Sign VR Tools Steam update #222225

After this small update you can start Stop Sign VR when SteamVR is not yet running. Stop Sign VR will start SteamVR. This is useful for users who sometimes want to run SteamVR without and sometimes with Stop Sign VR (and Boundary++). If you want to use it that way, make sure to set "Auto launch with Steam VR" to "No" using the Settings Editor in Windows. Otherwise it will configure itself to start with SteamVR next time SteamVR is started. See screenshot below. For example, Windows Mixed Reality (WMR) users can have two icons in their WMR Portal home: The SteamVR icon, to start SteamVR without Stop Sign VR, and the Stop Sign VR icon, to run SteamVR with Stop Sign VR.
