UI - Added dialog on start-up to guide player in the case that OpenAL has not been installed correctly. - Checkboxes to manage multiple settlements' Taxation and Rationing settings are now hidden until player manages 3+ settlements. - Updated some spacing/placement issues of some icons and associated numbers. Graphics - Reduced flash intensity for seasonal transitions. Input - Fixed some input issues where improvements were interfering with raycasts. Known issues - Multiplayer is broken.
