Quick Fix 1.1 — Eredia 2: The Great War Steam update #225516

While I was playtesting, I noticed that a lot of the reported bugs had already been fixed (like the stromfeld's realm bug), but somehow did not get reflected when uploading through steam. I have reuploaded the files and made a few more fixes, especially for the game-breaking bugs. Since this is a quick-fix, I have not made too many changes to things that do not directly impact the progress in any way (like the missing book in zoltair library), and they will be addressed later. However, since the upload issue happened before, I will be keeping a close eye on the forums for the next 24 hours. If any of the following issues reappear, please report the them here as comments, and I will work on fixing them ASAP.
