Quality of life Update — Highway to the Moon Steam update #229953

Hey, Red Coat here! Just wanted to let you all know that we've made some quality of life updates and bug fixes to Highway. Among this is the addition of the Quick Start option to the first menu screen to allow players to immediately jump into the game, no muss no fuss. In the character select the menu has been updated to allow the player to click on characters to choose them, rather than having to rely on the "next" and "previous" buttons to cycle through the characters. Some small changes to weapon drop rates and enemy positions in Level 3 were also implemented, with an additional bug fix applied to the H.A.T. battle to stop a rare softlock that could appear at the end of that fight.
