Changed Steam Trading Card drop rate to 30 minutes instead of 2 hours. Added separate music and sound effects volume. Added custom mouse cursor. New character name entry field that should work on OSX. Lowered rewards for replaying levels that you've already beaten. Lowered early card drops to make it more difficult to gain additional free cells.
