Need to Know v1.19.3 & v1.20.0b Updates - Changelog — Need to Know Steam update #234865

We've just released two different updates to the game - one is a normal update (v1.19.3), and the other is a beta update, which includes some bigger changes to early parts of the game that haven't yet been fully-tested (v1.20.0b).
