Palettes can now be unlocked from extra stages. Space stage can now be restarted properly during time trials. Fixed bug where space ship could be over-healed. Fixed bug where Saturday would move to unusual places during his final phase; also made some changes that should prevent him from being frozen, hopefully they work. Made some changes in an attempt to prevent crashes with certain types of controllers.
