This update ended up being a lot more involved than I first thought, but finally there's rebinding controls! Added the ability to browse through multiple pages in the top leaderboard. Added quick restart (defaults to "R" on keyboard and unbound on controllers) which lets you quickly restart a run without confirmation. Added controls section to settings where you can rebind keyboard and controller inputs. Instructions throughout the game are now dynamic and reflect what key/button you've bound actions to. Please note if you previously customized the controls by hand they'll be reset on first launch after the update. Leaderboard names with characters not in the custom font will display "?", rather than misaligned boxes.
